5. Shipping & Delivery

Our estimated delivery time is 14–18 working days from the date the order is confirmed.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Zoha Collections is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All sales are final.

Zoha Collections does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for orders once they have been confirmed.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions, sizes, colors, fabrics, and other details before placing an order.

If you receive an item that is damaged or materially different from the item ordered, please contact us promptly after delivery with clear photographs or videos for review. Any resolution will be considered at the sole discretion of Zoha Collections.

Once an order has been confirmed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, exchanged, or refunded.
